Tilaaminen

Tuotteet tilataan verkkokaupan kotisivuilla valitsemalla halutun tuotteen ominaisuus (väri, koko, tuoksu)ja kappalemäärä ja siirtämällä ne ostoskoriin sekä maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö kassa palvelussa.

Pystyt valitsemaan noudon myymälästä joka on tällöin ilmainen. Nouto pitää valita erikseen: Apple Pay kohdassa: tapa, ennen maksua. Lisää maksutapoja kohdassa tulee erikseen kohta toimitukselle.

Kaikki asiakastiedot käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Tilauksen yhteydessä kysyttyjä yhteystietoja ei käytetä muuhun kuin tilauksen toimitukseen tai siinä ilmenevien epäselvyyksien selvittämiseen, ellei erikseen toisin mainita. Pyydän sinua tilaamaan suuremmat erät kuin 10 kpl yhtä tuotetta viestillä (tilauksen voi maksaa pankkitilille FI35 5068 0620 3368 73, saaja Maalta Käsin. Tilatessasi verkkokaupasta sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin.

Onnistuneen tilauksen jälkeen asiakkaan sähköpostiin lähetetään tilausvahvistus. Vahvistusviestin lähettäminen edellyttää sähköpostiosoitteen antamista tilauksen yhteydessä.

Ordering

Products are ordered on the online store's homepage by selecting the desired product feature (color, size, scent) and quantity, transferring them to the shopping cart, and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout. 

You can choose to pick up from the store, which is then free. Pick-up must be selected separately: Apple Pay under: method, before payment. More payment methods will be provided separately for delivery. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that arise, unless otherwise stated. I ask you to order larger quantities than 10 pieces of one product by message (the order can be paid to the bank account FI35 5068 0620 3368 73, recipient Maalta Käsin. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the current delivery terms. 

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer's email. Sending a confirmation message requires providing an email address when ordering.

Maksaminen ja maksutavat

Verkkokaupan maksunvälittäjänä toimii Stripe. Ostokset voit valita maksutavaksi Klarna Payments, Visa -maksukortit (debit tai credit), Master Card (debit tai credit), American Express tai Apple Pay:lla.

Voit maksaa myös tilisiirtona, tilille FI35 5068 0620 3368 73, saaja on Maalta Käsin. Kun maksu näkyy tilillä postitan tuotteet sinulle. Lähetä sähköpostia (maaltakasin@gmail.com) mitä haluat tilata. Maksun näkyessä tilillämme, tuotteet lähetetään sinulle 1-5 päivän kuluessa. Saat paketin mukana kuitin ostoksestasi.

Payment and payment methods 

Stripe is the payment processor for the online store. You can choose to pay for your purchases with Klarna Payments, Visa debit or credit cards, Master Card (debit or credit), American Express or Apple Pay. Toimitustavat ja -kulut

Toimitamme tilaukset pakettina. Kuljetuksesta vastaa Posti tai Matkahuolto. Toimitus- ja pakkauskulut ovat 5,90 euroa tilauksen koosta riippumatta. Ilmainen toimitus yli 80€ tilaukselle koodilla ALE10, Manner Suomen alueelle.

Lunastamatta jätetyistä paketeista, joista ei ole tehty erillistä peruutusilmoitusta, peritään toimituskulut.

Posti tai Matkahuolto säilyttää noutamattomia tilauksia 5 päivää, jonka jälkeen paketti palaa lähettäjälle.

Delivery methods and costs

We deliver orders as a package. Posti or Matkahuolto is responsible for the delivery. Delivery and packaging costs are 5.90 euros regardless of the size of the order. Free delivery for orders over 80€ with the code ALE10, In Finland only.

Unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made will be charged for delivery costs.
Posti or Matkahuolto will store unclaimed orders for 5 days, after which the package will be returned to the sender.

Toimitusaika

Kynttilät valmistetaan pääsääntöisesti tilauksesta, vaikka tuotteen kuvauksessa on ‘varastossa’ -merkintä. Kynttilätilausten käsittelyaika on 1-5 arkipäivää tilauksesta. Yli 10 kappaleen toimitus voi olla 5-7 päivää, riippuen onko tuotteita varastossa.

Mikäli tuotteen toimitusaika pitenee ilmoitetusta, esimerkiksi materiaalien saatavuusongelman vuoksi, siitä pyritään ilmoittamaan etukäteen. Postin toimitusaika on 1-4 arkipäivää, mutta tämä voi vaihdella riippuen toimitustavasta ja valituista tuotteista.

Muut tuotteet toimitamme 1-5 päivän sisällä.

Delivery time

Candles are generally made to order, even if the product description says ‘in stock’. Candle orders are processed within 1-5 business days of ordering. Orders over 10 pieces may take 5-7 days to deliver, depending on whether the products are in stock.

If the delivery time of a product is longer than stated, for example due to a material availability problem, we will try to notify you in advance. Posti’s delivery time is 1-4 business days, but this may vary depending on the delivery method and the products selected. 

We deliver other products within 1-5 days.

Peruutusoikeus ja palautusehdot

Sinulla on kuluttajansuojalain mukainen oikeus peruuttaa tilauksesi 14 vuorokauden kuluessa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta.

Peruutus ilmoitukseen sinun tulee merkitä nimesi, osoitteesi, tilauspäivä, tuote ja se tulee lähettää sähköpostilla osoitteeseen maaltakasin@gmail.com tai postitse. Sinun tulee olla yhteydessä myyjään sähköpostitse ennen palautuksen tekemistä.

Tuote tulee palauttaa postitse 14 päivän kuluessa peruutusilmoituksesta, alkuperäiskunnossa ja alkuperäispakkauksessa. Palautuskustannukset ovat asiakkaan vastuulla ja ne määräytyvät tuotteen koon mukaan. Palauttaessa koko tilauksesi, maksu palautetaan sillä maksutavalla, jolla maksu on suoritettu.

Right of withdrawal and return conditions

You have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. 
In the cancellation notice, you must include your name, address, order date, product and send it by email to maaltakasin@gmail.com or by post. You must contact the seller by email before making a return. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice, in its original condition and packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the size of the product. When returning your entire order, the payment will be refunded to the payment method used to make the payment.

Ongelmatilanteet

Mikäli tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana tai se ei muuten vastaa tilaustasi, tulee sinun ilmoittaa virheestä viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa kirjallisesti maaltakasin@gmail.com.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transportation or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing to maaltakasin@gmail.com within 14 days.
